Terms of Service

The agreement that governs InfiniDrive accounts, subscriptions, stored content, and access to the service.

Effective 9 August 2026

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using InfiniDrive you enter into this agreement with the InfiniDrive service operator and accept the Acceptable Use Policy. The operator's verified legal identity is stated on checkout and billing documents and is available on request via [email protected]. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and security

Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where it results from InfiniDrive failing to meet its own obligations. Report any suspected compromise to [email protected] immediately.

  • Two-factor authentication is available in security settings and strongly recommended.
  • Accounts may not be resold or shared outside the intended user or organization.

3. Plans, payment, and taxes

Each plan's capacity and monthly price are shown before checkout, together with applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe through your InfiniDrive panel; InfiniDrive does not see or store full card numbers. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

You can cancel renewal at any time in the panel or by writing to [email protected]; the plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, completed billing periods are not refunded.

4. Your content

Your files remain yours. You grant InfiniDrive only the technical rights needed to store, transmit, preview, version, recover, and otherwise process your content for the sole purpose of providing and securing the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to store and share what you upload, and for keeping any independent backup that your own risk assessment requires.

5. Availability

InfiniDrive is designed to remain available as demand grows, and current health is always published at status.infinidrive.app. Still, no online service can promise uninterrupted operation: maintenance, incidents, or third-party failures may temporarily affect access.

A binding uptime commitment applies only where a separate written service-level agreement exists.

6. Suspension and termination

InfiniDrive may limit or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, unlawful use, non-payment, or an urgent need to protect users and infrastructure. Where reasonably possible, you receive notice and a chance to remedy first. After termination, data follows the deletion and retention process described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, InfiniDrive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for damage caused by unlawful customer content, or for events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes to these Terms are published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, announced to account holders in advance. Questions about the Terms go to [email protected].
