No. E2E-encrypted file contents and names are encrypted on your device before upload. We store ciphertext and encrypted key envelopes, without the secrets needed to decrypt them. Account details, storage usage and operational metadata remain visible to run the service.

Use the recovery key you saved during encryption setup. Your sign-in password and encryption passphrase have separate roles: resetting your account password does not decrypt your files. If you lose both your encryption passphrase and recovery key, InfiniDrive cannot recover your encrypted content.

Primary compute and storage run in European data centers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, with DNS and TLS delivery provided by Cloudflare. The full provider list, including each provider's role, is published on the Subprocessors page.

Yes. The free plan includes 10 GB of storage with the full product — sharing, recovery, and optional 2FA. No payment card is required to sign up, and the plan does not expire. Upgrading is optional and can be done later from your account panel.

Yes, at any time from your account panel. Upgrades take effect immediately and your files stay exactly where they are. When downgrading, your stored data must fit within the smaller plan's capacity first.

Yes. You can download individual files or whole folders as archives through the web application at any time, on any plan. For very large exports, support can suggest the most practical approach — write to support@infinidrive.app.

You enable two-factor authentication in your account security settings by scanning a QR code with any standard authenticator app (TOTP). After that, signing in requires your password plus a six-digit code. It is optional but strongly recommended.

RAID distributes data across multiple drives with redundancy. If an individual disk fails, storage remains available while redundancy is restored, reducing the risk of interruption and hardware-related data loss. Together with version history and deleted-file recovery, it adds another layer of resilience around the files you keep in InfiniDrive.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe from your InfiniDrive panel. Applicable taxes are shown before checkout. You can cancel at any time in the panel or by writing to billing@infinidrive.app; the plan then remains active until the end of the paid period.

When a paid subscription ends, the account returns to the free 10 GB tier; if your data exceeds that, you keep access to download it for a documented grace period before storage limits are enforced. A verified full account deletion follows the retention process described in the Privacy Policy.

The Android app is available through the Google Play link on this page. Windows and macOS downloads are also linked here. An iOS App Store download is not yet available on this page. You can also use InfiniDrive from any modern mobile browser.

Self-service plans go up to 100 TB (Enterprise, €399.99/month). If you expect to outgrow even that, write to support@infinidrive.app — the platform is engineered to scale with demand, and larger arrangements can be discussed individually.
