Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that keep InfiniDrive safe and lawful for everyone who relies on it.
Effective 9 August 2026
1. The basic rule
Use InfiniDrive only for content and activity you are legally entitled to store, access, and share. Everything else in this policy is an application of that rule.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the service to create, store, distribute, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, or credible threats of violence.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of third parties.
- Fraud, phishing, malware distribution, stolen credentials, or material whose primary purpose is compromising systems.
3. Platform abuse
Do not probe, scan, or attack the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, interfere with other users, or overload shared capacity. Automated access must use documented interfaces and respect reasonable rate limits.
4. Honest use of storage
Plans are priced for genuine file storage, sharing, and backup. Using the service for cryptocurrency mining, traffic relaying, denial-of-service activity, mass unsolicited messaging, or other workloads that materially impair shared capacity is not permitted.
5. How violations are handled
InfiniDrive investigates credible reports and responds proportionately: restricting a shared link, suspending an account, or terminating it, depending on severity, recurrence, legal duties, and risk to others. Where safe and lawful, the account holder receives notice and an opportunity to respond. Evidence is preserved where the law requires it.
6. Report a violation
Send the affected link or account, a short explanation, evidence of your rights where relevant, and a reply address to [email protected]. Reports about vulnerabilities in the service itself belong at [email protected].
