InfiniDrive is responsible for the content of its own website under applicable law. Files stored by customers remain the customers' responsibility, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and lawful notice-and-action procedures.

Legal and formal notices should state the sender's identity, the affected account or URL, the legal basis, the requested action, and a reliable reply address, and be sent to support@infinidrive.app. Data-protection matters go to privacy@infinidrive.app.

The InfiniDrive name, logo, and original website materials are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Third-party software and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners under their own licenses.
